Terms & Condition

(1) While we exercise utmost care in handling your garments, we cannot be held accountable for misplaced buttons or valuables inadvertently left in pockets or attached to the garments. 

(2) We do not accept responsibility for inherent weaknesses or material defects not visibly apparent before processing. Stain removal is conducted at the owner's risk despite our meticulous handling. 

(3) We do not bear liability for issues such as color running, color fastness, print damage, shrinkage, fading, discoloration, or any fabric-related concerns stemming from manufacturing defects, poor fabric quality, or natural wear and tear. 

(4) Any issues with the finalized articles must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery, along with the original sales invoice. Claims raised after three (3) months from the billing date will not be accommodated. 

(5) In instances of loss or damage due to our negligence, our accountability is capped at the fair value or depreciation due to age and style, not exceeding five (5) times the cleaning cost or the actual value, whichever is lower. Upon resolution, any damaged items, whether in part or whole, will remain in our possession. 

(6) While we take meticulous care during billing, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the article count. Any discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours for swift resolution; otherwise, our count will be deemed final. 

(7) Garments left unclaimed for three months post-billing may be sold to cover cleaning expenses or donated to charity, absolving us from any subsequent claims. 

(8) We reserve the right to decline services for invoices that have been misplaced. We appreciate your trust in our services and strive to provide the best care for your garments.
